Cancellations

Cancellations

You are free to cancel any order before it ships at no cost. Keep in mind that shipping happens within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, I won’t be accepting cancellations. I recommend contacting me via email instead of cancelling in order to help you. In the case that you want to proceed with a cancellation, I ask that you send me an explanation in order to improve my products and services.

If you purchased something by mistake, or changed your mind about the product that you want to purchase, I recommend contacting me instead of cancelling an order. I’ll be more than happy to send you the product you want instead.

Returns

Returns for Art Prints

Due to the nature of my work, I am unable to accept returns on any delivered art prints. Should there be issues or damages by shipping process, I recommend contacting the carrier for a resolution. Please make sure that you have the packing materials, product and tracking number before contacting the carrier for a claim.

I work hard to ensure the quality of my art prints, making sure that the end product is as advertised. However, in the unlikely case that your product arrived with printing issues, I ask that you email me and send me photos and/or videos of the issue in order to reach a resolution.

Returns for Books

You may return books within three days of delivery if they exhibit the following pre-shipment issues:

  • Torn and/or missing pages

  • Print issues that affect legibility

Should you choose to return a book, it is required that the book is returned in the same condition it was delivered to you and in its original packaging. You are responsible for any shipping charges related to the return. Once I receive the book, I will be issuing a refund minus the shipping charges included in the product’s price.

Returns for Commissions & Custom Artworks

Commissions and custom artworks require constant communication and extended periods of work. Due to the nature of these pieces, I’m not accepting returns on them. For more information, please visit the Commissions Terms & Conditions page.
