DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Should there be a high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. In the case that there’s a mailing delay, I will contact you via email to notify and explain.

For commissions and/or custom artworks, shipping will occur within 2-3 business days after the piece has been finalized. The deadline for commissions and/or custom artworks will be discussed between parties as per the Commissions Terms and Conditions.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are already included when you make a purchase from the Transforming Wagon. Should you find additional and/or unknown charges in your checkout page, please email me to help you solve the issue.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to reflect any updates. Should there be no updates for your order, I recommend contacting the carrier with your tracking number in hand. In the case you have any issues with this, please contact me to better help you.

Damaged items

The Transforming Wagon is not liable for any item(s) damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier to make a claim. I recommend saving all packing materials and products in order to make the claim.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, the Transforming Wagon currently doesn’t ship outside of the U.S and Puerto Rico.
